About us

WasE Bau GmbH in Germany is still a relatively young construction company, but only in name. The company name is inspired by the first construction project in the current company structure, the project Wohnen am spitzen Eck in Offenbach - is WasE for short.

Before that, the managing director Michael Dietrich had also worked with his team in several other projects and made it's expertise by developing residential and functional buildings as well as commercial buildings of over 2.5 mil. m² in Romania under the leadership of the current WasE Bau owner and management.

Under the name WasE Bau GmbH, the focus of the company is once again in Germany, in the areas around Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main) and Berlin. Through our long-standing project partner Adam Europe, we are looking forward to carrying out further construction projects in Berlin and the surrounding area.
